Dr. Brown has been the President and CEO of Lutheran Homes of South Carolina since July 2005. He has over 30 years health care management and leadership experience and has previously held leadership positions with Palmetto Health, the SC Department of Health and Environmental Control, serving as the Interim Commissioner in 1992-93, and with the SC Department of Health and Human Services. Dr. Brown received his DrPH degree in health administration from the University of South Carolina in 1996 and has a faculty appointment in the Department of Health Policy and Management of the Arnold School of Public Health.
