Mr. Lytle has been administrator at Rice Home since January 2010. Prior to assuming his duties, Mr. Lytle was the administrator of Fahrney-Keedy Home and Village in Boonsboro, Maryland for the last 9 years. Bob has been an administrator since 1981 serving in Illinois, Indiana, Pennsylvania, and Maryland prior to coming to South Carolina. He has a bachelor degree in Applied Behavioral Sciences from George Williams College. Mr. Lytle has served on numerous boards throughout his professional career including local and state boards of various non-for-profit agencies.
